What is DecideRight?

DecideRight is a comprehensive, easy to use decision support, decision analysis and report generation tool for indivudals or groups.

DecideRight provides an objective approach to using both quantitative (number) and qualitative (emotions or feeling or, if you will, hunches) data to make valid, justifiable decisions. With DecideRight, the criteria can be endlessly rearranged according to new input or just a change of priorities, and the recommended decision changes instantly to reflect the updated ratings.

How does it work?

First, the user creates the decision matrix by entering options and the criteria by which those options will be judged. The user then weighs the options to ensure that proper weight is given to each option. Then, DecideRight crunches the numbers and indicates the best option from the data input by the user. Last, it makes a graph and report available so that if you have to justify the decision, all the data is at your fingertips. It should be noted that DecideRight does not make decisions for you, but it definitely makes presenting them easier. See the Overview for more explicit information.

This product really is for anyone who has to choose among a variety of alternatives, and especially for those who have to justify the decision, as in a business setting. DecideRight has been used by
